Delivery & Returns

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class postage. Items are not tracked, which allows us to keep our prices low. However, tracked postage can be arranged at an additional cost. We do NOT take responsibility for any lost parcels unless you have chosen them to be recorded by emailing us.

There may be a slight colour (shade/tone) variation in the products due to lighting, but the designs are as pictured. 

Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty and not fit for purpose. In the unfortunate circumstance that an error does occur, please provide proof of the fault in the form of a picture and email us as soon as it is detected. We will aim to reply back within 24 hours! Please be aware, we are unable to refund any/all postage costs.

1) How much is postage and packaging?                 

Postage and Packaging varies, larger heavier items are slightly higher than the lighter items, The exact pricing is located on the items when items have been placed in the cart.                            

2) Do you ship worldwide?

YES!  

3) How long will it take for me to receive my item? 

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Your item(s) will be delivered between 1-3 working days to UK Mainlands and 4-8 working days to Worldwide destinations after dispatch period.
